Global Impact

ICCF and its many corporate, institutional, and NGO partners are achieving innovative solutions to global conservation challenges.

The best and most effective conservation solutions result when leaders in a variety of fields combine their expertise and resources to work toward a common goal. ICCF unites leaders from the public and private sectors, and from nations around the world, to forge such innovative solutions.

ICCF partners are engaged in countless conservation projects on the ground in countries worldwide to promote sustainability, biodiversity and habitat protection, and good natural resource management. As a result of these partnerships, critical natural resources are being protected not only for the benefit of the local people and communities who are the stewards of these resources, but also for the benefit of all of the Earth’s inhabitants.

ICCF is:

• Educating global policymakers on critical issues of conservation and good natural resource management, as well as the impacts of good natural resource management and habitat and biodiversity protection on global poverty alleviation, sustainable economic development, natural security, fresh water and food security, agriculture, and health

• Bringing together the strongest network of partners from the public and private sectors to share expertise and work together to generate new strategies to combat environmental crises

• Developing links among nations, and building relationships between global policymakers at the highest levels and leaders in the corporate, institutional, and NGO communities to forge long-term working partnerships and to allow nations to work together and assist one another in forming conservation strategies

• Highlighting the global work of our many partners, including successful public/private partnerships and on-the-ground conservation programs  promoting a “Teddy Roosevelt approach” to conservation
