H.E. Amb. Jocelyn Radifera, Ambassador of Madagascar Partner: Republic of Madagascar The International Conservation Caucus Foundation (ICCF) hosted a Congressional Staff Briefing, "Madagascar Action Plan 2007-2012: A Bold and Exciting Vision for Rapid Development" with the Honorable Jocelyn Radifera, Madagascar’s Ambassador to the United States, and a delegation of officials from Madagascar. The "Madagascar Action Plan: 2007-2012" (MAP) states the strategies, commitments, and actions to ignite rapid growth, lead to reduction of poverty, and ensure that the country develops in response to the challenges of globalization and in accordance with the national vision and the UN Millennium Development Goals. H.E. Amb. Jocelyn Radifera became Madagascar’s Ambassador to the United States in September 2007. He has previously worked at the World Bank and was Madagascar’s Ambassador to Japan.
